Our Story
During the 2020 pandemic, our founder asked her friend and attorney, Molly P. Thomas, about selling her business while keeping it in Sinton, her hometown. The legal consultation quickly became a shared vision, and Molly brought in her sister-in-law, Melanie Thomas, whose finance expertise made the dream possible.

What a wonderful little "Candy/Specialty" shop. Sharon and I took a drive to Sinton,TX. today. We had zero expectations and discovered this charming little town with some intriguing restaurants, stores and shops. The giant Squirrel caught our attention and we had to stop. They have a great selection of pralines (our favorite), brittle and a good assortment of candies. In addition, they have an interesting selection of jellies, clothing, home goods, etc. We bought some of the "creamy" pralines and a jar of pepper bacon relish (delicious)! Next time you're in Stinton please stop by. You'll certainly find something you cannot live without.

As part of our yearly girls' trip, Lady M and I stopped in Sinton and made our way to Aunt Aggie's Pralines. We picked out our candies- never disappointed by the chocolate--and enjoyed browsing the in-store boutique. We left thoroughly satisfied with both our sweet treats and ready-to-wear finds! Look for a Squirrel in Sinton, not a Beaver.

Delicious treats with great service by new owners! We stopped by to take a fun family picture with the praline eating squirrel, and the sweet ladies opened up even though they were closed, fed us samples, and gave us the history of the store. Highly recommend!
